Big Banks Move Towards Bitcoin

Bitcoin comes of Age
We're headed for a restructuring of currency exchange, let's face it the system is old and corrupted.  It will always be a challenge to forming transparency when it comes to money but that don't mean we can't start eliminating fees in which many banks charge and start downscaling manipulation.  Bitcoin has shown use, the new frontier is cryptocurrency, sure there has been problems with this creation but like all new advancements the bugs get worked out and tweaking adjustments are made from public input.

Many banks around the world see the potential of Bitcoin, it was just a matter of time before the investment was made in blockchain technology.  Though blockchain-based platforms are still in their infancy, banks think there is potential for big cost savings over current mechanisms, some of which were originally developed in the 1970s.  One of these areas is clearing and settlement of trades.  One big player coming out Digital Asset Holdings LLC, a startup trying to develop mainstream uses for blockchain technology and some their partners are J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., Citigroup Inc., BNP Paribas SA, CME Group Inc. and Accenture PLC.  Another interesting group is Circle Internet Financial who is associated with Goldman Sachs and IDG Capital Partners of China.

Well with names like J.P. Morgan and Goldman Sachs who to this day are not popular or even liked by the public because of the 2008 financial fiasco that buggered the markets, run recon on each new company coming out with blockchain technology.  Bitcoin was created for a simple reason, the public was tired of getting screwed by the big banks.  So as this evolves don't get pulled into mining operations like KnCMiner which has completely pissed-off  the public involved in their blockchain.  Times have definitely changed, 1400 CEOs were interviewed lately and their worst fear was social media, Oh the poor dears.

Max Keiser and Stacy Herbert discuss Mike Hearn whiny rage quitting Bitcoin in order to join a banking system with life-or-death power but where no real auditing is possible.

When History Repeats It's self- it just cost More

"Economics is not a science because nature for them is externality" (is the cost or benefit that affects a party who did not choose to incur that cost or benefit) alluring technologies which serve immediate need but rob us of our long term future.

"To find ways for society to live in balance with the natural world that does sustain us."

Both quotes by David Suzuki, professor in the genetics department at the University of British Columbia from 1963 until his retirement in 2001 and now on many missions with The David Suzuki Foundation.

David Suzuki

getoutski

Political fight of the 21st century

Now factoring in some of Professor Suzuki's theories we find the man is right, one example will be the Alberta oil sands, the externality cost is unknown and the landscape looks like Mars.  The gains from our society seem to only apply to the here and now, what we need or more appropriate, what will buy.  As easy access to oil extraction fades, we'll end up with more wars and higher cost of our long ago oil exploration.

History repeats itself again and again with war campaigns, just look at the history of the Arab and Jewish people, it's been going on for centuries and all it has accomplished is costing more lives, money and possibly a deeper hatred.

Oh but there's the guy who has profited from war like DuPont, who sold gunpowder to both sides during the Crimean War which angered the French.  You can say that's business but once again a very small present get rewarded.

The man-made board of Monopoly is costing more to move on and as history repeats itself for a diverse control of properties a new factor of externality is emerging on a global scale, "we're tired of doing business with the dollar."  Dr. Michael Hudson about the war machine, Judge Griesa's ruling, super imperialism and the end of a 60-year cycle in which there was no alternative to the dollar.

American corporations fleeing and Ronnie Moas Blacklist

Ronnie Moas with Max
Alright, I'm coming out hard today, well like that's nothing new!  Here we have once again the Keiser Report with the beloved Stacy Herbert turning the pages on what's going on in the upside down world of big money.  First large American Corps. will be fleeing the country in search for lower taxes of profits made, this has also contributed to shell companies abroad in tax shelters in avoiding paying their fair share to the country where they are based.  The U.S. government has made foreign banks come to the table to expose such companies and individuals or fees will be paid for hiding their customers'. Swiss bank Credit Suisse pleaded guilty Monday to the charge that it facilitated wealthy Americans who sought to commit tax evasion, becoming the first major bank to admit criminal wrongdoing in over 20 years and agreeing to pay $2.6 billion in fines.

The United States has the highest corporate tax rate in the world, at 35%, add in state and local taxes and it averages 40%.  Yet overseas you can pay as little as 15%  and Walgreens mentioned yesterday they might be leaving America.  Go ahead, get out of here and by all means take your other pals with ya along with the nimrods' in congress, we'll rebuild and be better for it.

Also in the first half of the show, The Keiser Report brings to light the over leverage effect. They discuss the one singleton of aluminum that could be the collateral for tens of millions of pounds worth of properties and passports in the UK.  When the banks go to collect on the collateral, all they will find is a pair of crickets in the corner.

Now for the worst part for some and best part for many,  a theory I myself have worked on (G.C.C.U.) to make all of us (the consumer) a better player on the man-made board of Monopoly.  Max interviews Ronnie Moas of philanthropy and philosophy.com about blacklisting and boycotting 'bad' companies.  Ronnie, today is the top adviser on stock purchases in the world, his platform Standpoint Research is a Wall Street giant but has come to an abrupt change.

From Ronnie:

Of the nearly 200 active research firms and fund managers that Motley Fool has been tracking since 2006 -- in affiliation with briefing.com and Yahoo!  Finance that has a statistically significant sample size of recommendations on file, Standpoint Research is the # 1 ranked firm for accuracy through January 11, 2014 – 69.77% of our (371) time-stamped recommendations since Q4, 2008 beat the S&P-500 by at least 500 bps.  No audited firm in financial services can match that figure.  We did this without taking a sector bet, market cap bet or directional bet.  In fact most of the major research firms trail us by more than twenty percentage points.  (end from Ronnie)

That is huge statistics and loved by the fund managers but wait;  so not only are large corporations seeking lower taxes, wages, healthcare to increase profits for shareholders but a new cost is on the horizon, morale of employees and affect on humanity.  Ronnie explains, "Philanthropy & Philosophy was created in order to educate, seek justice, tell the truth, raise awareness and activism, and encourage more charitable giving and philanthropy.  I am nauseated and infuriated by what I see in our society and will try to change the system until I am out of breath. Speaking nicely to the upper classes and corporations has gotten the poor and unfortunate in this world -- and those speaking on their behalf -- nowhere.  I am going to take a more aggressive approach and hopefully the results will be better.  If I am forced to humiliate those at the top -- I will."

All the tea in China will not have an effect on public view here on out.  Once more there are tools being developed at a grass root level that will bring about change for all societies of humanity.  One tool that is going to turn into a massive fund leader will be hedge funds that downgrade stocks of corporations doing humanity injustice.  Welcome to The New World Order, brought to you by the public, we're now in the game.  Who do you want to take out?  And the band played on, oh the poor dears don't like the new music, tough!  It's sack time!

You know what touched this man?  Ronnie went for a walk and came to the understanding of what it is to be more humane than human.  You'll read into that at his about page at Philanthropy and Philosophy.

Thanks for showing up Ronnie, your what's rightwiththeship Sir!  Many more coming on board day by day.

Chess Men

Eurasia Trade

This is one of the most intense plays in the history of the world.  The biggest players are Russia and China moving on Europe and America within trade packs.  In the West, we have the Pacific trade pack and Russia building on the Eurasia trade.  All those crucial oil and gas pipelines crisscrossing Eurasia that make up the true circulatory system for the life of the region.  Now, it looks like the ultimate Pipelineistan deal, worth $1 trillion and 10 years in the making, will be inked as well. In it, the giant, state-controlled Russian energy Gazprom will agree to supply the giant state-controlled China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) with 3.75 billion cubic feet of liquefied natural gas a day for no less than 30 years, starting in 2018.  That’s the equivalent of a quarter of Russia’s massive gas exports to all of Europe. China’s current daily gas demand is around 16 billion cubic feet a day, and imports account for 31.6% of total consumption.

More BRICS cooperation meant to bypass the dollar is reflected in the “Gas-o-yuan,” as in natural gas bought and paid for in Chinese currency.  Gazprom is even considering marketing bonds in yuan as part of the financial planning for its expansion. Yuan-backed bonds are already trading in Hong Kong, Singapore, London, and most recently Frankfurt.

Nothing could be more sensible for the new Pipelineistan deal than to have it settled in yuan. Beijing would pay Gazprom in that currency (convertible into rubles); Gazprom would accumulate the yuan; Russia would then buy myriad made-in-China goods and services in yuan convertible into rubles.

It’s common knowledge that banks in Hong Kong, from Standard Chartered to HSBC - as well as others closely linked to China via trade deals - have been diversifying into the yuan, which implies that it could become one of the de facto global reserve currencies even before it’s fully convertible.  Beijing is unofficially working for a fully convertible yuan by 2018.
Birth of Eurasia

Meanwhile many expected progress to happen when US President Barack Obama himself went to Japan last month to discuss this, many were disappointed to learn that further talks are needed to come to a final agreement. The deadlock remains to be because of Japan’s refusal to give up tariffs on key products such as farming produce and automobiles, both the bread and butter of the Asian nation. This has affected widely the negotiations of the 12-nations included in the TPP as they wait for the final outcome of the talks between Japan and the U.S.
JDP

U.S. coming up short:

U.S. energy authorities have slashed by 96% the estimated amount of recoverable oil in California's Monterey Shale deposits, deflating its potential as a national "black gold mine" of petroleum, the LA Times reports.  Just 600M barrels of oil can be extracted with existing technology, far below the 13.7B barrels once thought recoverable; the new estimate is expected to be released publicly next month. The Monterey Shale formation contains about two-thirds of U.S. shale oil reserves and had been seen as an enormous bonanza for California's economy and U.S. energy security.

Taxes:
Many Americans expecting to see their tax refunds in their bank accounts soon are waking up to a very different scenario: the government actively intercepting their checks in order to pay back debts they’re not responsible for.

According to a new report in the Washington Post, the federal government is seizing nearly $2 billion from hundreds of thousands of taxpayers this year in order to settle debts, some incurred by their parents, some dating back to more than a decade.

This process has been ongoing since 2011 when a revision in the farm bill passed by Congress removed the 10-tear statute of limitations on debts owed to the United States. Since that bill was passed, the government has collected $424 million on debts older than a decade. This year, however, has seen the Social Security Administration (SSA) alone claim that 400,000 Americans owe a total of $714 million in debts older than 10 years.

FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) was initially introduced to target those who evade paying U.S. taxes by hiding assets in undisclosed foreign bank accounts. With such a noble goal, and with the strong backing of the Administration, Congress quickly drafted the FATCA legislation and quietly slipped it into the HIRE (Hiring Incentives to Restore Employment) bill signed into law by President Obama in March 2010. Most members of Congress are unaware of the unintended negative consequences this legislation will have when fully implemented in 2014.

Starting July 1, 2014, FATCA will require FFIs to provide annual reports to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) on the name and address of each U.S. client, as well as the largest account balance in the year and total debits and credits of any account owned by a U.S. person.

If an institution does not comply, the U.S. will impose a 30% withholding tax on all its transactions concerning U.S. securities, including the proceeds of a sale of securities.
ACA

Many overseas banks are not accepting American accounts and foreign investors have many new emerging markets in which to place their money and the new markets are looking at transparency and true growth.  I mean really the U.S. government has known this all along but their broke now, losing allies, the citizens do not trust them and their big money pals are going to bail.

The Chess board does not look good for U.S. the bad move here if these guys do not go away quietly when the Yuan becomes the world currency will they launch?

So Max, can't we print our way out of this?

Dollar coming off the Top- Hello Yuan

Hey Ben Got Yuan? I don't think Ben likes that!
Over the weekend (4/13/14) was the news coming out of China that several Central Banks have invested in the yuan and several others are preparing to do so, putting the mainland currency on the path to reserve status even before full convertibility.

The US dollar is still the world's most widely held reserve currency, accounting for nearly 33 percent of global foreign exchange holdings at the end of last year, according to IMF data. That ratio has been declining since 2000 when 55 percent of the world's reserves were denominated in US dollars.

The 23 central banks known to have yuan holdings, 11 are from Asian markets with close trade links with mainland China: Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Macau, Malaysia, Nepal, Pakistan, Singapore and Thailand, according to public records from either central banks' own statements or central bankers' interviews with the press.

The rest are five from Europe - Austria, Belarus, Norway, France and Lithuania - and seven from South America or Africa - Bolivia, Chile, Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa and Tanzania.

The yuan has effectively already become a de facto reserve currency because so many central banks have already invested in it.

China has stopped buying U.S. Treasuries along with other countries and with that China and Japan are purchasing hard assets the country has left. China’s Shuanghui International bought Smithfield for $4.7 billion to feed a growing Chinese appetite for U.S. pork. Smithfield founded in 1936 as a single meat-packing plant in Smithfield, Virginia. Smithfield Foods is the largest pork producer and processor in the world. It has facilities in 26 U.S. states and it employs tens of thousands of Americans. It directly owns 460 farms and has contracts with approximately 2,100 others. But now a Chinese company has bought it and that means that the Chinese will now be the most important employer in dozens of rural communities all over America.

The Chinese are on a real estate buying spree all over America. In fact, in some cases, large chunks of land are actually being given to them. Yes, you read that correctly. China is on the way to becoming the dominant land owner in the entire country, and that is starting to alarm a lot of people.  Sen Harry Reid and son are involved with a Chinese energy giant ENN Energy Group, to build a $5 billion solar farm and panel manufacturing plant in the southern Nevada desert.  Yep cowboy, The Bundy Ranch!  Go to the story, click ENN jpg.

Fraud De facto Business

TPP
In this episode of the Keiser Report, Max Keiser and Stacy Herbert discuss the tigers, flies and naked officials fleeing China for the US, where corruption is not being cracked down on.

They also discuss the naked pork bun running London and what to expect for the housing bubble if China does a crackdown on corruption.  In the second half, Max interviews Linda Kaucher, of Stop TTIP, about the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP) as a plan for permanent neoliberalism and regulatory harmonization. There has been criticism and protest of the negotiations from global health experts, internet freedom activists, environmentalists, organized labor, advocacy groups and elected officials, in large part due to the secrecy of the negotiations, the expansive scope of the agreement, and controversial clauses in the drafts leaked to the public. (Intellectual Property TPP)

TPP: Developments in domestic and international intellectual property (mind that phrase)  policy, intellectual property administration and registration systems education and awareness relating to intellectual property, intellectual property issues relevant to:
small and medium-sized enterprises science, technology & innovation activities which may include generation, transfer and dissemination of technology.
Policies involving the use of intellectual property for research, innovation and economic growth.

Under the deal, ‘trade irritants’ such as biased national laws will be eradicated via an arbitration panel, which will judge ONLY on free trade criteria.  Max notes that David Cameron seems to be benchmarking UK policy against US disasters. "Man the lifeboats."

United States Senator Ron Wyden (D-OR) asserted, "The majority of Congress is being kept in the dark as to the substance of the TPP negotiations, while representatives of U.S. corporations—like Halliburton, Chevron, PHRMA, Comcast, and the Motion Picture Association of America—are being consulted and made privy to details of the agreement. More than two months after receiving the proper security credentials, my staff is still barred from viewing the details of the proposals that USTR is advancing. We hear that the process by which TPP is being negotiated has been a model of transparency. I disagree with that statement."

A number of United States Congresspeople, including Senator Bernard Sanders and Representatives Henry Waxman, Sander M. Levin, John Conyers, Jim McDermott, John Lewis, Pete Stark, Charles B. Rangel, Earl Blumenauer, and Lloyd Doggett, have expressed concerns about the effect the TPP requirements would have on access to medicine.  In particular, they are concerned that the TPP focuses on protecting intellectual property to the detriment of efforts to provide access to affordable medicine. US corporations are hoping to weaken Pharmac's ability to get inexpensive, generic medicines by forcing New Zealand to pay for brand name drugs. Doctors and organizations like Medicins Sans Frontieres have also expressed concern. The New Zealand Government denies the claims, Trade Negotiations Minister Tim Groser saying opponents of the deal are "fools" who are "trying to wreck this agreement".

Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass) and Rep. Alan Grayson (D-Fla.) have criticized the Obama administration's secrecy policies on the Trans-Pacific Pact.

Unconditional Basic Income (UBI)

Unconditional Basic Income
Max interviews Barb Jacobson of basicincome2013.eu about the European Citizens Initiative.
Channel “RT TV”

What is the Unconditional Basic Income?

An Unconditional Basic Income (UBI) or Citizen's Income is a guaranteed income, given to all in addition to any other income they might receive. By advancing equality and economic participation while enabling simpler welfare systems, UBI leads to a fairer and more efficient society.

Personal note from rightwiththeship:

This could work for any country around the world, we do have the tools and economics to move this forward, for everybody deserves a life on this planet.  Many do not have the means even to go out and enjoy a movie.  Let's say this is you, from the time you were born and finished high school and received $1500.00 per month you would have $324,000 to get your life rolling. Yea I thought so now you're interested.  That's just the initial $1500.00 without interest!  You know what this is, retirement in reverse to get you on track for a better life and your life is up to you.

At this time and place, this is for the people of the EU, soon to move around the world. This episode aired 12/31/13 the video from "Basic Income for Europe" was posted 3/28/13 with only 113,806 views at this time.  I have not heard of this from any other media source, tired of the dark ages.

The Ship is just not a media site but a platform of ethics tied with the Info, Recon and Tools we can use like The G.C.C.U. and other inspiring entities to help all of US, for we're in this together.  I mean that man, I'm not dinking around.  From working on The Condition to what made Mary, we're coming off the Rocks and we're going to be happy damn it!  A lot is changing and we're going to make it so, so we can grow, everyone has stock in the Planet.

Leave it to Switzerland , as far as statistics go, one of the best countries in the world. Ranks 4th for education, 1st for health, 1st for its workforce, and 2nd for enabling environment.

It's worth noting that the World Economic Forum is based in Switzerland, but based on empirical metrics like employee training, talent retention, scientific output, and productivity, the country wins out.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights

It represents the universal recognition that basic rights and fundamental freedoms are inherent to all human beings, inalienable and equally applicable to everyone, and that every one of us is born free and equal in dignity and rights. Whatever our nationality, place of residence, gender, national or ethnic origin, color, religion, language, or any other status, the international community on December 10, 1948, made a commitment to upholding the dignity and justice for all of us.

This all happen after World War II.  Seems to me it's not being followed, so with that, we are the change we wish to see.  With or without governments we have the tools, technology within our economy as a whole for each country to develop such a society. This is an investment towards you for a more stable social structure supporting future generations, where the investment is your best interest not clouded by mechanized  Monopolies.  In this video bellow is for the people of the EU, a great guide stone for other countries to follow.

Article 25 states: (1) Everyone has the right to a standard of living adequate for the health and well-being of himself and of his family, including food, clothing, housing and medical care and necessary social services, and the right to security in the event of unemployment, sickness, disability, widowhood, old age or other lack of livelihood in circumstances beyond his control.

(2) Motherhood and childhood are entitled to special care and assistance. All children, whether born in or out of wedlock, shall enjoy the same social protection.

Basic Income for Europe

Basic Income: a crazy, beautiful, great idea!

Veronique De Rugy discusses the concept of basic income on Fox Business.

C. H. Douglas
This all stems from C.H. Douglas, he collected data from over a hundred large British businesses and found that in every case, except that of companies heading for bankruptcy, the sums paid out in salaries, wages and dividends were always less than the total costs of goods and services produced each week.  The workers were not paid enough to buy back what they had made.  He published his observations and conclusions in an article in the English Review where he suggested, "That we are living under a system of accountancy which renders the delivery of the nation's goods and services to itself a technical impossibility."  The reason, Douglas concluded, was that the economic system was organized to maximize profits for those with economic power by creating unnecessary scarcity.  Between 1916 and 1920, he developed his economic ideas, publishing two books in 1920, Economic Democracy and Credit-Power and Democracy, followed in 1924 by Social Credit.

This is a fight for life for all individuals on this planet and any government along with the politicians being hand feed by large corporations is time to strip the feedbag.  For the ones who don't believe in such a doctrine you want to walk away, stick your finger down your throat and Give'em The Green Weenie!  For we start working on these 83 programs here in the States for starters to get this going.

Max! What are the aliens saying about the banks?

Check Bank of America stock quote
Alrighty then, seems that the universe is watching human economics, warning all intelligent life to remove any currency as to banking from planet Earth!  Well really Max, first intelligent life would not need us now would they?  But Max and Stacy put an interesting spin on the finance news to help your emotions on the pilfering going on around the globe and yes Max we're watching the credit bubble as it can been seen from outer space.

In many articles I mention as the money becomes scarce the Feds would start going after the piles of money stolen from the public.  Just yesterday Fannie Mae sued nine major bank.  The lawsuit targets U.S. banks JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America and Citigroup, along with global banks Barclays, UBS, Royal Bank of Scotland, Deutsche Bank,Credit Suisse and Rabobank.  The action also accused the British Bankers' Association, which administers Libor.  The task force, comprising state and federal agencies, issued subpoenas and a public call for whistleblowers, amassed millions of documents and farmed out the work to about 10 U.S. attorneys offices.  Wall Street’s six biggest banks have piled up more than $100 billion in legal costs, including settlements and lawyers’ fees, banks being examined for FIRREA (FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS REFORM, RECOVERY AND ENFORCEMENT ACT OF 1989) violations issued a total of $788 billion of non-agency mortgage-backed securities between 2005 and 2007.

You know something this deck was so rigged and dealt around the world where so many we're thrown under a bus that it's amazing there is no hangings yet alone no one has gone to jail.  Well like the NSA gathering all info from around the world the intel was certainly known.  Lets face it the game is rigged it's man made.  So from here on out only do business with the ones who have a good track record. Those are not my words but words from Warren Buffet.  He has said "he would not be interested in a 100 million dollar deal if it's going to leave my stomach burning."  When I was looking for answers on all of this instead of ranting off we need tools for a better tomorrow.  Life is not so much about me but how I leave this place in line for the person behind me, ah that would be humanity, so we do some house keeping and wash the deck before we leave, thank you.

Central Banking Crooks

With a watch there's a watch maker

Ah wait, there might be intelligent life here on the planet. To help prevent another giant cash squeeze, federal regulators proposed a rule on Thursday that requires big banks to hold a set amount of assets that they can quickly turn into cash. The liquidity rule works by asking large banks to estimate how much cash might flee in a 30-day period.  They then have to have enough assets that they could quickly sell to cover that outflow.  The top quality assets have to account for at least 45 percent of the liquid asset pool.  In today's market, a broker sells securities to a client, the broker takes out its own loan, pledging securities as collateral. The broker makes money from the higher interest on the client loan than it is paying on its own loan.  So know wonder the bottom falls out when deals go south, all the money is borrowed there is no true asset to cover just a fraction of such finance.

This new rule if imposed would reduce the profitability that today is a common practice on Wall Street.  So if you can't back the deal with your own assets don't come crying to the taxpayers that you need a bail out from money that never existed in the first place.  With or without this new rule from the regulators has taught us a hard lesson and education is expensive.  Do yourself a favor every entity has a track record so we're going to be like the NSA and run recon and monitor business of the likes who you do business with because like Warren Buffet explained, "I only do business in which I feel good about the deal and who I'm working with."  With that said we remove the rocket science out of financial scams heading for the rocks, steer clear of these Jack Wagons and pull up to the pier and have a nice walk on the beach.  This is not hard to do, lets just look at one stock en particular, McDonald's on Oct 1st, 1974 the stock price opened that day @ $0.63 today it closed @ $96.52 it's just a lesson in who you do business with and the lesson here is not so much when you buy and sell, but what you are buying.  That alone will make the difference between a Happy Meal and who the hell do you people think you are!

So why these banksters turtle wax their ass and continue to slide you know who you want to bed with and that's no swinging nut sack you can't trust.

When you see 26.3% unemployment in Spain, desperation and hunger in Greece, riots in Indonesia and Detroit in bankruptcy, go back to this End Game memo, the genesis of the blood and tears.

Country Sells Gold to Pay Debt

To avoid another hair cut (like that phrase) on the Cyprus accounts the bank had to sell off part of its gold reserve to raise 400M euro.   After all, we've seen coming from the troubled Mediterranean island, their still short.  The title is possessive, in the coming months will it be plural?   From the World Official Gold Holdings Cyprus has 13.9 tons of gold, now if that little sell-off of 75% holdings made gold drop bellow $1500 which is a ripple in the pond of all the holdings combined a Tsunami is coming if other countries are forced to sell their holdings. Banks don't trust one another and you're seeing the exchange from paper to gold meaning the paper is worthless and as soon as the Feds raise interest rates all debts go higher and the paper money is worthless if not nothing.  Think of this as an opportunity to buy the metals, they're on sale.  Cyprus didn't decide to sell, it was told by the German-led troika that it must sell if it wants bailout money.  Well, when in debt you sell assets and gold is one of them. The troika is a slang term for the three organizations which have the most power over Greece's financial future or at least that future as it is defined by the European Union. The three groups are the European Commission (EC), the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and the European Central Bank (ECB).

David Owen, chief European economist at investment bank Jefferies, said:  "As with Greece, we should not be under any illusion that we have seen the last of the Troika warning about Cyprus's debt dynamics.  The draft EC report (that suggested another 6bn euro from Cyprus) saw as a worst case scenario Cypriot GDP falling by around 15% in the next two years before output stabilizes.  However, Greek GDP has now fallen for three years since its bailout, to date by around 20%, with forward-looking indicators still pointing down."

Max Keiser and Stacy Herbert follow the ounces not the prices in the precious metals market and discuss the psyops of the gold war where sales of 1100 tons (45% of annual new supply) is sold into the market at once in order to alter behavior.

Silver & Gold

Dr. Martenson is a scientist at his core. His Ph.D. is from Duke University, and his MBA in Finance was earned at Cornell.  For Dr. Martenson, reaching conclusions simply results from the data and when it comes to gold and silver, the data is shocking.

From the 4,500 tons of missing gold, Eric Sprott pointed to in U.S. export figures, to the 300-ton German gold repatriation, the questions of who benefited from the plummeting prices.  This is the first time in history in which currencies around the globe are failing simultaneously, as more and more currency is printed, and confidence in this mathematically untenable system under which debt is "money" collapses.

Silver and Bonds Future with Max Keiser

Max holds no punches and is on the front line of the financial collapse of our society.   Keiser produced 10 short documentary films covering aspects of financial markets for Al Jazeera's series People & Power. The films include Rigged Markets, Money Geyser, Death of the Dollar, Peaked, Extraordinary Antics, Savers vs Speculators, Banking On It, Private Finance or Public Swindle? and Focus on Locusts.

Keiser has appeared as a financial pundit on a number of news networks. Keiser called for a "fatwā" against Hank Paulson on Al Jazeera in response to the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP). In a later broadcast, Keiser said, "Paulson stinks."Keiser has advised investors to buy gold and especially silver, in order to undermine "the banksters." In November 2012, he predicted that the UK pound was about to collapse. (view the second video here)

In this episode of the Keiser Report, Max Keiser and Stacy Herbert discuss Obeelzebub and Jamie Demon as the inevitable outcome of collateral faking, zombie banking and paper printing. They also discuss Russia's central bank buying gold while David Cameron is telling porkies about UK national debt. In the second half of the show, Max Keiser talks to Ian Williams of Charteris Treasury about silver suppression and the bond-pocalypse.

God Hates Bankers

Not only is Max on your side but this guy is entertaining, he has been involved in stand-up comedy and on the radio at which time in the 1980s had worked part time with Paine Webber on Wall Street. Max claims to have 25 years experience with markets and finance. This side of him shows and he has a lot of high profile executives that wish this show did not exist. Thanks, Max!

In this episode, Max Keiser and Stacy Herbert discuss the water and fire signaling the arrival of the paper apocalypse as ever more analysts warn of the debt and credit bubble as governments put their faith in share traders who, new study shows, are more manipulative than psychopaths. In the second half, Max Keiser talks to professor and economist, Steve Keen, about the fiscal cliff and private sector deleveraging. They also discuss the possibility of a currency collapse in Japan.
