The Ticking Time Bomb went Boom!

Q mentions watch the news May 23rd.

“There are agents all over this country who love the bureau (FBI) and are sickened by James Comey’s behavior and Andrew McCabe and Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch and the thugs like John Brennan–who despise the fact that the bureau was used as a tool of political intelligence by the Obama administration thugs,” former federal prosecutor Joe DiGenova told The Daily Caller Tuesday. (from Zero Hedge)

“They are just waiting for a chance to come forward and testify.” (BreitBart)

Guardians are Needed After The Release of The Memo

All hell is going to break loose after 5:00 PM EST today when House Intelligent Committee meets and decides a vote on releasing the memo on FISA abuse.  This will be a historic time in America of executive abuse of office by the Obama administration which will run down a deeper hole into the corruption of the U.S. government.  It will be a sink hole!

"After they #ReleaseTheMemo you can absolutely count on the Dems embarking on a scorched earth campaign to lie their way through this epic scandal.  There’s no lie they won’t tell, no character they won’t assassinate, & no deception they won’t embrace to hide what they did."   Dan Bongino, January 28, 2018

Sean Hannity does an explosive tweet of 'Tick Tock' and points to an article by the Examiner.

This is heating up!  FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe has stepped down today before full retirement in March. (seems that the memo will be released)  Current and former FBI officials said McCabe’s resignation is the beginning of more resignations to come. “There will be a clean up at the Bureau of his cronies.”

The MSM is holding their breath on this entire episode of corruption in our society today but running low on oxygen to continue the false narrative.  Either way, the vote goes today by the House Intelligence Committee, severe blowback will ignite.  Kinda like the 4th of July when you lite an M80, lite fuse and get away!  Hell will come out with iron teeth to combat the narrative but then again iron rust.

@ 6:20 PM EST - Release The Hounds!

The committee voted no on the Dems memo and YES on releasing NUNES MEMO, the FISA Memo has been released.  Be sure to watch the State of The Union Address tomorrow.  The White House has five days to review the Memo, I'm sure POTUS will mention this historic vote.

U.S. Congressman Lee Zeldin, "It truly doesn't get any more insane than the House Democrats & Rep Adam Schiff asking to declassify & release a memo to the public just now that they wouldn't even allow the House Intel majority members to read before voting."

After today as we slide into the night the watchmen will be on post to ward off evil as in the days of old, the legend of the Gargouille, Gargoyle.

NASA's decision to halt cooperation in Space

Open the Airlock Comrade, I'm sorry Dave, Washington has halted cooperation with Russia.
First off, it was not NASA's decision to halt cooperation, it's the decision of the Obama administration and the second time now affecting the space agency. First was the cut backs and why we had to mothball the Shuttle. This is the worst government as in popularity along with the support of the United States of America has ever had and the rest of the world knows it also. The level of support by the people of this country has just hit the bottom of the barrel.

Riding low in the saddle with this administration is the 113th Congress, also holds the record of most unproductive and manipulated Congress the United States of America has seen in the legislature. Like a tall building, there is no 13th floor and like the 113th has turned a back on the People of America. Spineless are both parties, Democrats and Republicans seem to only serve large corporations and the tolling of money. Instead of lowering their head in shame and leaving office they stand under this umbrella of National Security that has destroyed the faith of the United States Allies, tearing apart The Constitution of The United States and losing all support of The American People.

Time for the 10th Amendment: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

Back to Space:

Let's remember what helped build this platform the ISS in which we all took part, one of the greatest Birds ever The Space Shuttle and how she brought the world together. Unlike today where sanctions and war drums are pulling us apart.

It's so true what the astronauts' say when looking down on Earth from the ISS that you do come away with another perspective of our home and the inhabitants.

To the so called masters, leaders and or rulers, nobody owns anything, we're lucky she allows us to dwell here, snap out of it!  All you cupcakes need to go up on the Station, look out the window and find out you're no more significant than a Tree Frog.

If political conflict on the ground between the US and Russia stretches into outer space cooperation it could put lives at risk as well the scientific progress that's been a result of friendly relations, a former director of Johnson Space Center told RT.

George Abbey, the former director of the Johnson Space Center and Fellow in Space Policy at the Baker Institute of Rice University, spoke to RT in the aftermath of NASA's announcement that it would suspend "the majority of its ongoing engagements" with Russia's Roscosmos. The decision, which comes amid fresh tensions over the events in Ukraine, could have both immediate and far-reaching consequences.

Continued Support from Russia

4/9/14
A Russian unmanned cargo spacecraft, the Progress M-23M (Progress 55), successfully docked to the International Space Station tonight at 21:14 UTC after a launch just 6 hours ago from Baikonur.

This is the most spectacular footage of  ISS Progress 55 (she's the 55th ship in her class to make docking) M-23M as she nears for docking.  This is what makes us all proud, what are the Jack Wagons thinking?  In this clip the M-23M is graciously posed over the Pacific just before docking, without all the efforts around the world, we could have never done this.  We need to put our heads back together like we did with The Shuttle and The ISS!

I got to ask ya, what's more important, working together or allowing Jack Wagons to tear us apart?  It's OK,  I already know the answer!

Enjoy the Clip Comrade

IRS Scandal PRT 3

Commissioner John A. Koskinen is no stranger to a working on the turnaround of large, failed enterprises such as the Penn Central Transportation Company, Levitt and Sons, the Teamsters Pension Fund and Mutual Benefit.

Earlier in his career, Koskinen served as Administrative Assistant to Senator Abraham Ribicoff (D-Conn.) from 1969–73, was Legislative Assistant to Mayor John Lindsey of New York City from 1968–69, served as Assistant to the Deputy Executive Director of the National Advisory Commission on Civil Disorders ("Kerner Commission") from 1967–68, practiced law with the firm of Gibson, Dunn and Crutcher from 1966–67 and clerked for Judge David Bazelon, Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, from 1965-66.

The big one and we know of the cluster buck that came from this!  On March 11, 2009, he was announced as the interim CEO at Freddie Mac.  On April 23, 2009, he became the Principal Financial Officer after the death of Freddie Mac's acting CFO.  In August 2009, with the hiring of a new CEO, he returned to his position as non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Freddie Mac.

So here this man is put in a position of Commissioner of the IRS at which point like the government itself has very low approval from the public and certainly small business and political groups.  Being thrown into the lion's den does not shake this man and the committee is not cutting him any slack.  His vision I do believe is to move forward and restore the confidence in America of the IRS practices.

Koskinen has been on the job for four months and going through this is like mucking out a chicken coop, the only thing though Koskinen didn't pile up the BS. The reason for Commissioner change is due to the fact that Douglas Shulman was the Commissioner of the IRS during the time when non-profit 501 conservative leaning groups were targeted for increased scrutiny according to the name of the non-profit organization and according to the political nature of the organization.

In a congressional hearing held on May 21, 2013, Douglas Shulman (former Commissioner) denied responsibility for the policy, stating that he found out about the use of inappropriate criteria from Steven T. Miller.  Shulman was sworn in on March 24, 2008, and served his full term until November 2012.

Steve Miller became acting IRS Commissioner on November 9, 2012, the day after Barack Obama was elected to a second term when Doug Shulman stepped down saying he did not want a second five-year term.  Miller submitted his resignation on May 15, 2013, in the wake of the 2013 IRS scandal in which the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration released an audit report confirming that the IRS used inappropriate criteria to identify potential political cases, including organizations with Tea Party in their names for closer scrutiny on 501 applications.

Commissioner Koskinen
So there you have it, Commissioner Koskinen is left holding the bag that Shulman filled up along with his apprentice Miller.  These cupcakes both bailed, good thing we have real men like Koskinen who aren't afraid of an ass chewing and willing to take hold of the tiller to steer the ship on a true north course.  In reality, I believe other crew members will be leaving the IRS Ship, there's a new Skipper on deck.

Everybody who is a true American in the United States is tired of all scandals and REP. Kerry Bentivolio holds no punches, we're at a point where there will be many changing of the guard.  For the ones who stole from America and are still stealing that created little mob groups in order to benefit, "get the hell out of here and never come back!"

Kerry Bentivolio

Director of the IRS Lois Lerner

5/22/13 - On Wednesday morning, the Director of the IRS Exempt Organizations division pleaded the Fifth Amendment during testimony before the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) protested, telling the committee: "She just testified or waived her Fifth Amendment right to privilege.  You don't get to tell your side of the story and not be subjected to cross-examination.  That's not the way it works. She waived her right by issuing an opening state and ought to stand here and answer our questions."  His remarks were met with applause from some in the crowd, but nevertheless, Issa dismissed Lerner after she refused to answer any questions twice more.
Can't go much deeper Sir!  We past the Nixon level fathoms ago
This is why the committee wants all of Lerner's e-mails, notice her big exhale sigh at the end.  This woman is under much pressure, the Obama administration is like a sub diving deeper, the hull will crack taking on water or implode.  Many of the crew already have bailed from his ship and or certainly whom risking exposure are removed.  Lerner is no longer the Director of the IRS.  Currently, Patrick W. McDonough serves as the Executive Director of the Joint Board.

Lawsuit against NSA, FBI and the U.S. government

NSA Photo Watchdog.org
By Eric Boehm | Watchdog.org

It seems government spying is one of the few things that can unite disparate groups on the left and the right.

Led by the Electronic Frontier Foundation, a nonprofit law firm, more than 20 groups from across the political spectrum filed a lawsuit Tuesday against the National Security Agency, FBI and the U.S. government challenging the constitutionality of widespread collection of telephone data.

The lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. It will be months before the case goes anywhere, but here’re five questions you’re probably asking about the complicated legal maneuver.

1. Who is suing the NSA?

Everyone. Well, not quite. But the list of plaintiffs in the lawsuit is pretty long – it includes churches, nonprofits and political organizations.

The amazing thing about the lawsuit is the bipartisanship of it all. One of the plaintiffs is Greenpeace. There are three pro-gun groups on the list. And two groups advocating for drug legalization.

How often do you see environmental groups teaming up with gun rights activists? When it comes to the government surveillance, all politically active groups have reason to fear government surveillance, said Shahid Buttar, executive director of the Bill of Rights Defense Committee, one of the plaintiffs in the case.

“I think there is probably nothing that our groups agree on except for this,” Buttar said during a Wednesday interview with Watchdog.org. “It is offensive to Americans from all walks of life.”

2. Why are they filing a lawsuit?

The plaintiffs argue the NSA and other agencies (they are also suing the FBI, the heads of the NSA and FBI, and the United States as an entity, which brings Attorney General Eric Holder into the mix as well) has violated the First, Fourth, and Fifth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution “as well as statutory prohibitions and limitations on electronic surveillance.”

The groups argue that they have to stand on their own, but they also argue that all members of their staff and any person they have had contact with could be a party to the lawsuit because of the breadth of the NSA’s “dragnet electronic surveillance” collection of phone data.

Aside from privacy rights concerns, the groups bringing the lawsuit say the NSA tracking threatens the right of free association guaranteed by the First Amendment.

“People who hold controversial views — whether it’s about gun ownership policies, drug legalization, or immigration — often must express views as a group in order to act and advocate effectively,” said Cindy Cohn, legal director for the Electronic Frontier Foundation. ”But fear of individual exposure when participating in political debates over high-stakes issues can dissuade people from taking part.”

3. So they are upset about the government collecting phone records?

Yes, but that’s not all. The plaintiffs make it clear that the collection of the so-called telephone metadata (information about the location and duration of calls, along with numbers dialed) is unconstitutional in their view. But after the NSA and other security agencies gather the data, they have to sift through it somehow, ostensibly to find patterns of calls that might indicate someone is involved in terrorist activity.

Any searches of that collected data is equally unconstitutional, the plaintiffs argue, because it is “neither relevant to an existing authorized criminal investigation nor to an existing authorized investigation to protect against international terrorism.”

The government maintains that any search of that database is only done with the permission of a court — a June memo from James Clapper, the director of national intelligence, said “surveillance programs like this one … are designed to strike the appropriate balance between national security interests and civil liberties and privacy concerns” — but it’s a court that is top secret and issues warrants that are equally top secret, so it’s hard to tell.

4. What does this have to do with that Edward Snowden guy the media keeps talking about?

Nothing directly, but everything, indirectly. While much of media continues to be fascinated with NSA-leaker Edward Snowden’s international search for asylum beyond the reach of the U.S. government, this is far more serious than a reality show-type coverage the cable networks are giving it.

The lawsuit cuts to the heart of the questionably legal activity exposed by Snowden, a former contractor who worked for the NSA before leaking information about the federal government’s electronic dragnet and going on the run.

As part of their court filing, the plaintiffs included some of the classified documents leaked by Snowden. So even though he is not involved in this case at all, the lawsuit would not exist without him.

5. What do the plaintiffs want out of this?

The plaintiffs are asking a federal judge to impose an immediate injunction to shut down the federal government’s electronic surveillance program, which the plaintiffs say started all the way back in 2001 and was expanded in 2006 and again in 2011.

They also want the judge to rule the program unconstitutional because they say it violates the First Amendment protection of free speech and free association, the Fourth Amendment protection against unreasonable searches and seizures and the Fifth Amendment protection for privacy rights.

They also want all data collected by the program destroyed.

Buttar said it will be months, or even years before there is a definitive ruling in the case. But now that the government has admitted the existence of the electronic surveillance programs, judges will have to consider the merits of the programs.

“That admission gives us the opportunity to hurdle one of the biggest challenges we’ve faced in previous cases challenging the government’s spying programs,” he said.

Arithmetic- 2012 Election

Video uploaded by CSPAN

Well alrighty then, good skit by Eastwood and great speech by former President Bill Clinton where some are saying they would vote for him again for president. Lets look at the reason to why no president could fix the economy in just four years. Here is one answer, The Gramm–Leach–Bliley Act (GLB), also known as the Financial Services Modernization Act of 1999.

Many commentators have stated that the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act’s repeal of the affiliation restrictions of the Glass–Steagall Act of 1933 was an important cause of the late-2000s financial crisis. Some critics of that repeal argue it permitted Wall Street investment banking firms to gamble with their depositors' money that was held in affiliated commercial banks. Others have argued that the activities linked to the financial crisis were not prohibited (or, in most cases, even regulated) by the Glass–Steagall Act. Commentators, including the American Bankers Association in January 2010, have also argued that the ability of commercial banking firms to acquire securities firms (and of securities firms to convert into bank holding companies) helped mitigate the financial crisis.

President Bill Clinton’s signing statement for the GLBA summarized the established argument for repealing Glass-Steagall Section’s 20 and 32 in stating that this change, and the GLBA’s amendments to the Bank Holding Company Act, would “enhance the stability of our financial services system” by permitting financial firms to “diversify their product offerings and thus their sources of revenue” and make financial firms “better equipped to compete in global financial markets.”

Robert Kuttner, Joseph Stiglitz, Elizabeth Warren, Robert Weissman, and others have tied Glass-Steagall repeal to the late-2000s financial crisis. Kuttner acknowledged “de facto enroads” before Glass-Steagall “repeal” but argued the GLBA’s “repeal” had permitted “super-banks” to “re-enact the same kinds of structural conflicts of interest that were endemic in the 1920s”, which he characterized as “lending to speculators, packaging and securitizing credits and then selling them off, wholesale or retail, and extracting fees at every step along the way.” Stiglitz argued “the most important consequence of Glass-Steagall repeal” was in changing the culture of commercial banking so that the “bigger risk” culture of investment banking “came out on top.” He also argued the GLBA “created ever larger banks that were too big to be allowed to fail”, which “provided incentives for excessive risk taking.” Warren explained Glass-Steagall had kept banks from doing “crazy things.” She credited FDIC insurance, the Glass-Steagall separation of investment banking, and SEC regulations as providing “50 years without a crisis” and argued that crises returned in the 1980s with the “pulling away of the threads” of regulation. Weissman agrees with Stiglitz that the “most important effect” of Glass-Steagall “repeal” was to “change the culture of commercial banking to emulate Wall Street's high-risk speculative betting approach.”

Proposed reenactment:

During the 2009 House of Representatives consideration of H.R. 4173, the bill that became the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010, Representative Maurice Hinchey (D-NY) proposed an amendment to the bill that would have reenacted Glass-Steagall Sections 20 and 32 and also prohibited bank insurance activities. The amendment was not voted on by the House.

On December 16, 2009, Senators John McCain (R-AZ) and Maria Cantwell (D-WA) introduced in the Senate the “Banking Integrity Act of 2009” (S.2886), which would have reinstated Glass-Steagall Sections 20 and 32, but was not voted on by the Senate.

Before the Senate acted on its version of what became the Dodd-Frank Act, the Congressional Research Service issued a report describing securities activities banks and their affiliates had conducted before the GLBA. The Report stated Glass-Steagall had “imperfectly separated, to a certain degree” commercial and investment banking and described the extensive securities activities the Federal Reserve Board had authorized for “Section 20 affiliates” since the 1980s.

The Obama Administration has been criticized for opposing Glass-Steagall reenactment. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner testified to the Joint Economic Committee that he opposed reenacting Glass-Steagall and that he did not believe “the end of Glass-Steagall played a significant role” in causing the financial crisis.

On April 12, 2011, Representative Marcy Kaptur (D-OH) introduced in the House the “Return to Prudent Banking Act of 2011” (H.R. 1489), which would amend the Federal Deposit Insurance Act to add prohibitions on FDIC insured bank affiliations instead of reenacting the affiliation restrictions in Glass-Steagall Sections 20 and 32, direct federal banking regulators and courts to interpret these affiliation provisions and Glass-Steagall Sections 16 and 21 in accordance with the Supreme Court decision in Camp, and repeal various GLBA changes to the Bank Holding Company Act.

On July 7, 2011, Representative Maurice D. Hinchey (D-NY) introduced in the House the “Glass-Steagall Restoration Act of 2011” (H.R. 2451), which would reinstate Glass-Steagall Sections 20 and 32.

Conclusion:

Well now this is very important to the financial world and with all these entities regulating themselves under the umbrella of The Federal Reserve, their not in trouble, the American taxpayers are the FED has them covered, Bail Out. So Bill Clinton is right no president can fix this in 4 years and with that we hear once again the word change. The Republicans blame the Democrats and vice-a-versa, we hear the same thing every 4 years.

You know something, both parties are at fault and so are we, the American people. We're not going to see change anytime soon instead of listening to political body's blaming each other we need to fix just that. Since the government has taken on the role of business and many are not happy with business today, you can vote every day in America or the world for that matter by simply not doing business with the entities who are screwing up.  All the bills, amendments to the pile of laws governing this luxury of business won't amount to a hill of beans if you don't buy. We don't have to wait for another politician to save our ass from either party, once you know the game you know the players, pick who you will do business with, your stronger at this point instead of listening to the sound of change.

Bill Clinton mentioned arithmetic, neither side knows arithmetic. My third-grade teacher gave us a tip to help with the spelling of arithmetic, little did she know she was envisioning the future of our country, here is that spelling tip.
